The Role
We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) positions. You will be responsible for hauling freight across 48 states, with the Northeast excluded and Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff point. This role offers the opportunity to drive a modern fleet of 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadias, equipped with amenities like leather seats, refrigerators, and entertainment systems.
Day in the Life
Drivers typically average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with those who run harder reaching close to 3,000 miles. To qualify as a full-time driver and earn PTO, you must average a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. The schedule generally involves being out on the road for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time, with one day off per week while on the road.
