About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) position. You will be responsible for hauling freight across 48 states, with the Northeast excluded (Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff point). This role offers a dynamic day-to-day experience where you can average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with top performers reaching close to 3,000 miles.

To qualify as a full-time driver and earn Paid Time Off (PTO), you must maintain a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. The typical schedule involves being out on the road for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time, with one day off per week while on the road.

The Truck

You will be driving a modern fleet of 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks. These units are equipped with amenities designed for comfort and convenience, including leather seats, CB radios, a 27" TV, a refrigerator, a microwave spot, and inverters.

Driver Benefits & Perks

We offer a competitive compensation structure with pay tiers based on tenure, ranging from $0.53 to $0.57 CPM plus a $0.30 safety and performance bonus paid monthly. In addition to pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, healthcare, an HSA, and a 401k.

We welcome drivers who want to bring their pets along. We offer a pet policy with a $300 refundable deposit, which can be paid in full upfront or split into six monthly payments of $50.
