The Role
We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) position. You will be responsible for hauling freight across 48 states, with the Northeast excluded (Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff point). This role offers the opportunity to drive a modern fleet of 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadias, equipped with amenities designed for long-haul comfort, including leather seats, refrigerators, microwaves, and 27-inch TVs.
Drivers in this position typically average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with those who run harder reaching close to 3,000 miles. To qualify as a full-time driver and become eligible for benefits like PTO, you must maintain a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. The typical schedule involves being out on the road for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time, with one day off per week while on the road.
Compensation & Benefits
Our pay structure is tiered based on tenure, offering competitive CPM rates alongside safety and performance bonuses paid monthly:
- 1–2 years: .53 CPM + .30 bonus
- 2–3 years: .55 CPM + .30 bonus
- 3+ years: .57 CPM + .30 bonus
In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, healthcare, HSA, and a 401k plan. We also support drivers who wish to bring their pets, offering a refundable deposit program ($300 total, payable upfront or in six $50 installments).
