Compensation Model

Application Requirements
To join our team, candidates must meet specific safety and experience standards. Applicants must hold a valid Class A CDL with a minimum of 12 months of CDL-A experience. Additionally, drivers must have no more than three total violations within the last three years, no more than two preventable accidents within the last three years, and no DUI convictions within the last five years.
