Compensation and Benefits
Drivers can control their own pay through our unique point system. New hires receive a $500 orientation pay, and the company provides E-Logs and comprehensive health benefits to ensure you are taken care of while you work.
Application Requirements
To join our team, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Possess a valid Class A CDL.
- Have a minimum of 12 months of CDL-A experience.
- Have no more than 3 total violations within the last 3 years.
- Have no more than 2 preventable accidents within the last 3 years.
- Have no DUI convictions within the last 5 years.
