About the Role
This position is designed for drivers seeking high-paying opportunities with flexible schedules and the autonomy to choose their own freight. As a Lease Operator, you will drive late-model 2022 Freightliner Cascadia trucks on consistent line haul routes. The role offers a competitive pay structure where you earn 75% of line haul pay, with average weekly earnings ranging from $1,500 to $2,000. Whether you are a Lease Purchase (NOI), Lease Operator (OPI), or Owner Operator, you will benefit from flexible home time options and the ability to manage your loads independently.
Hiring Process & Application
To join our team, experienced drivers must submit an application to start earning more. New drivers in Lease Purchase, Lease Operator, and Owner Operator categories receive fuel support during the onboarding phase: $250 in fuel upon completion of orientation and an additional $250 during the second week of employment, totaling $500 in fuel assistance.
