About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) positions. You will be running across all 48 states, with Pennsylvania serving as our northern cutoff. The role offers a dynamic schedule where drivers typically average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with those who run harder reaching close to 3,000 miles. To qualify as a full-time driver and earn PTO, you must average a minimum of 8,000 miles per month.
Day in the Life
As a Redbone driver, you will operate in a modern fleet of 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadias equipped with inverters, 27-inch TVs, refrigerators, and leather seats. The job requires being on the road for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time, with one day off per week while out. We support a pet-friendly culture; drivers may bring their pets for a $300 refundable deposit, which can be paid upfront or split into six monthly payments.

We are looking for drivers with a CDL A license and at least 12 months of experience to join a team that values its driving heritage.
