About the Role

Join our dedicated team as a CDL-A Truck Driver on a route designed for consistency and work-life balance. This position offers home weekly, allowing you to maintain a stable routine while earning top-tier compensation. You will be responsible for 100% touch freight, handling the loading and unloading of goods to ensure timely deliveries. The role is ideal for drivers who value newer equipment, averaging 18 months in age, and appreciate a supportive environment with convenient home-base terminals.

Compensation & Perks

Drivers in this dedicated position can expect an average weekly pay of $1,900, with top earners averaging $2,200. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and additional earnings through unload, stop, and backhaul pay. Trip pay is calculated based on dispatched miles, ranging from $0.70 to $0.80 per mile depending on the route and experience level. Beyond weekly earnings, the role includes paid vacation after one year of service and paid orientation upon completion and hiring.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of three months of verifiable experience. The application process includes a DOT physical and drug test; candidates must have no drug-related convictions within the past five years (or ten years if holding a CDL at the time of offense) and no positive or refused tests in the past ten years.
