About the Role
Join our dedicated team as a CDL-A Truck Driver, where you can expect an average weekly pay of $1,450 plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus. This position offers a home-weekly schedule with 100% touch freight, ensuring you are actively engaged from start to finish. The role includes additional compensation for unload, stop, and backhaul pay, providing opportunities to maximize your earnings on every route.
Equipment and Support
We maintain a fleet of newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old, to ensure reliability and safety on the road. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support to assist with any challenges that arise during transit. Paid orientation is provided upon completion and hiring to get you started smoothly.
Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test, with no positive or refused tests in the past 10 years. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI offenses within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL). Drivers with SAP status are not eligible for hire.
