About the Role

Join our dedicated team as a CDL-A Truck Driver, where you can expect an average weekly pay of $1,450 plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus. This position offers a home-weekly schedule with 100% touch freight, ensuring you maintain a consistent connection with your family while handling diverse loads. The role includes comprehensive compensation for unload, stop, and backhaul pay, providing a robust earning potential for dedicated drivers.

Equipment and Support

We prioritize driver comfort and safety with newer equipment averaging just 18 months old. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support to assist with any on-the-road challenges. Paid orientation is provided to ensure you are fully prepared before hitting the road.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. Applicants must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug test, with no positive or refused tests in the past 10 years. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI offenses in the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL). Drivers with SAP status are not eligible for hire.
