About the Role
We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a home-weekly schedule. This position offers a consistent route with 100% touch freight, ensuring you spend your time on the road rather than waiting for loads. Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,900+ per week, with top earners averaging $2,200. The role includes additional compensation for unloads, stops, and backhauls, along with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
Equipment and Support
Our fleet consists of newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old, to ensure reliability and safety. We provide convenient home-base terminals and offer 24/7 driver support to assist with any issues that arise during your shifts. Paid orientation is provided upon completion and hiring.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of three months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI offenses within the past five years (or ten years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL), and no drug-related convictions or positive/refused tests within the specified timeframes.
