The Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer team. This role offers the opportunity to haul high-quality miles, specifically avoiding the East Coast and New York City traffic. Drivers will operate new tractors and trailers, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience on the road.
Compensation and Perks
Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, offers a starting rate of 65 cents per mile (CPM) with automatic longevity raises. Drivers also receive a $80 per diem, paid orientation, and additional compensation for unloading, layovers, detention, and drop/pickup services. We offer flexible home time and maintain a pet and passenger-friendly policy.

We provide a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy fully paid by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% employer match.
Hiring Process
