About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Company Drivers to join our team hauling Landoll, Stepdeck, Flatbed, or Dry Van loads. In this position, you will operate company-provided equipment, ensuring safe and efficient transport of goods. The role is designed for drivers who thrive on high mileage; you can expect to run at least 2,500 miles per week, with pay structured on a CPM-Plus basis to reward your productivity.

Drivers in this role enjoy a flexible schedule that accommodates home weekends or extended trips of 2-3 weeks. Whether you prefer a steady rhythm or the variety of long-haul routes, this position offers the opportunity to earn up to $140,000 annually while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

Hiring Process
