About the Role
We are hiring casual CDL A drivers in El Paso, TX, for consistent regional runs. This role is designed for drivers who value predictability and respect. You will enjoy a schedule that allows you to be home every three days, leaving on the same day every week. Our dedicated regional runs feature consistent freight with over 65% drop-and-hook operations, ensuring you spend less time waiting and more time driving.
We operate with a "no forced dispatch" policy, giving you control over your route and schedule. You will drive a well-maintained fleet of brand-new equipment, with new trucks arriving in May 2026. The work environment is supported by a dedicated operations team committed to your success.
Hiring Process
Getting started is simple. We offer an easy, one-day paid orientation to get you on the road quickly. Once hired, you can look forward to guaranteed pay increases every 12 months and a mileage incentive program where you control your CPM.
