About the Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer division. This role offers the opportunity to drive on great miles with a specific focus on routes that exclude the East Coast and New York City. As a driver with Morehouse, you will operate in a pet and passenger-friendly environment, utilizing new tractors and trailers to ensure safety and efficiency on the road.
Compensation and Benefits
Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, offers a starting rate of 65 cents per mile (CPM) with automatic longevity raises. Drivers also receive a $80 per diem and $69 per day in additional per diem pay. The compensation structure includes paid unloading, layover and detention pay, drop and pickup pay, and paid orientation.
Beyond earnings, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy fully paid for by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% match. We also offer flexible home time to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Hiring Process
