About the Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer fleet. This role offers the opportunity to haul high-quality miles while avoiding the East Coast and New York City traffic zones. As a driver with Morehouse, you will operate new tractors and trailers, ensuring a comfortable and reliable ride. The position is designed for drivers who value flexibility, offering flexible home time options.
Compensation and Perks
Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, features a starting rate of 65 cents per mile (CPM) with automatic longevity raises. Drivers also receive a $80 per diem and $69 per day in additional per diem benefits. The compensation structure includes paid unloading, layover and detention pay, drop and pickup pay, and paid orientation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy fully paid by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% match.
