Dollar Tree is seeking CDL-A drivers for a dedicated, high-paying route based in Ridgefield, WA. This position is designed for drivers who value consistent home time and the ability to combine driving with hands-on work. You will manage a regional lane starting in Ridgefield and extending through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California.
The Role
In this position, you will handle dry freight, typically managing 2–4 loads per week with 3–4 stops per load. A key aspect of this role involves unloading trailers using rollers, making it ideal for drivers who enjoy active, varied tasks beyond just driving. The schedule features a 34-hour weekly reset, ensuring you return home regularly. While days off vary based on freight demands, the lane offers both day and night shift options. Please note that holiday seasons may impact time off, while other periods of lower demand could offer additional flexibility.
