DeWitt Transportation LLC is a small, refrigerated fleet operating 65 trucks primarily east of I-25. Owned and operated by Tim DeWitt, a former driver with over 3.5 million miles on the road since 1997, the company was founded on a simple principle: eliminating the unpredictable income that often plagues the trucking industry. What started in 2008 with a single truck has grown into a fleet that prioritizes driver stability through guaranteed pay rather than percentage-based models.
About the Role
As an OTR Company Driver, you will operate a modern fleet of 2019–2023 Cascadias equipped with DD15/DT-12 powertrains, 72" double bunk sleepers, APUs, and advanced navigation tools like EZ Pass and PrePass. This role is designed for drivers who value consistency and comfort. You will handle 50% or more drop-and-hook loads, meaning you never have to unload your truck. The route covers the majority of miles east of I-25, with no requirements to drive into New York City or chain up in winter conditions.

After a 90-day performance review, there is potential for an increase to $1,600 per week, along with monthly bonuses up to $500 and annual performance bonuses tied to truck profitability. We also offer a 401k with 100% employer matching on the first 4% of your contribution, paid weekly via direct deposit on a W-2.
Home Time & Culture
We believe in flexible home time that rewards your time on the road. Our schedule allows for 1.5 days of home time for every week worked, scaling up to 4.5–5 days after 3 weeks out, 6–7 days after 4 weeks out, and 8–9 days after 5 weeks out. We are actively hiring in AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, and TX.
