About the Role

We are seeking a Class A or B CDL Driver / Equipment Operator with manual transmission experience to join our safety-conscious team in New Lenox, IL. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a hands-on environment and are dedicated to the safe and proper execution of industrial cleaning jobs across all service lines.

As a CDL Operator, you will supervise and complete single-task jobs requiring one crew, as well as manage turnarounds with management oversight at client sites. Your day will involve the hands-on operation of specialized equipment, including vacuum systems, hydro blasting units, and Ultra High-Pressure pumps. You will be responsible for energizing pumping and chemical cleaning equipment, performing routine maintenance in the field, and ensuring all work conforms to strict company and customer specifications. This position also involves directing crews of vacuum technicians, managing logistics such as loading and unloading hoses, and transporting equipment and personnel to various locations.
