About the Role

Operating high-speed manufacturing equipment is a hard job, but it's worth it when you're recognized often by your manager, supported by your team, and see the products you produce being used by your own family at the end of the day. This role is part of Kimberly-Clark's investment in creating new jobs and expanding its capabilities to produce premium products essential to millions of lives around the world, right here in Marinette, WI.

In this position, you will run technologically advanced equipment and collaborate with new or junior team members to do their best work safely. You will maintain equipment associated with the production, packaging, and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance work. You will focus on winning with consumers and the market while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.
