About the Role
You will be the backbone of the Utilities Plumbing Department, ensuring the daily operation, maintenance, and installation of critical plumbing systems across our amusement and water parks. Your work directly supports the guest experience by keeping water rides flowing, steam plants operational for food preparation, and facilities safe and sanitary. From fixing leaks in lift stations to maintaining complex boiler systems, you will be responsible for the integrity of our water distribution and wastewater disposal infrastructure.
This role is dynamic and essential to the park's mission. You will not only perform hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance but also serve as a guest ambassador, interacting with visitors to provide directions and assistance while upholding Cedar Fair's high standards of service. Your day-to-day involves reading blueprints, assembling pipe systems, and ensuring all work meets strict AWWA standards and safety codes, all while collaborating with park managers, vendors, and contractors to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
