About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Claims Manager to join a growing team in managing commercial lines claims with a specific focus on Real Estate Development and Healthcare industries. This role is designed for a professional with construction experience who shares a drive for excellence.
In this position, you will lead the Claims Department, overseeing the full claims lifecycle for commercial lines, NY/NJ Labor law, Workers' Compensation, and property claims. You will ensure claims are processed efficiently in compliance with regulations while providing leadership, mentorship, and training to a growing team. The role requires collaborating cross-functionally with underwriters and adjusters to resolve complex claims and maintaining strong client relationships through guidance and status updates. You will also stay current on NY Workers' Comp regulations and industry trends.
