A top ENR firm is seeking a motivated Civil Site Engineer to join their Indianapolis office. This is a hybrid position designed for a professional ready to contribute to impactful site design projects.
In this role, you will develop comprehensive engineering designs for site plans, including grading, utility layouts, stormwater management, and roadway geometry. You will prepare construction documents, specifications, and calculations while conducting feasibility studies and site assessments. A key part of your day involves performing hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, evaluating site data to drive design decisions, and ensuring full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
You will work closely with team members and coordinate with permitting agencies to secure approvals and resolve technical challenges. The role also includes providing technical support during construction, maintaining accurate project documentation, and contributing to the evolution of design standards and processes.
