This position is designed for a Civil Litigation Attorney ready to sharpen their skills through substantive work. You will manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution, handling everything from drafting pleadings and motions to conducting discovery and legal research. The role involves active participation in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings, alongside direct client communication and collaboration with opposing counsel.

You will work alongside senior attorneys to support trial preparation and case strategy, ensuring a balance of independent management and mentorship.
