This role supports the strategic assessment of new and existing investment products for the institutional marketplace. You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate strategic, competitive, client, market, operational, and governance considerations. Your work will directly influence Vanguard's collective investment trust strategy by assessing new product opportunities and optimizing existing product portfolios.
In this position, you will synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to develop data-driven recommendations that inform product strategy. You will frame tradeoffs, risks, and implications to support sound decision-making and alignment with Vanguard's long-term investment and client strategy. As a strategic partner to product leadership, you will challenge assumptions, surface key issues early, and help shape practical, client-focused recommendations that can be operationalized across the organization.

Planifyr
Advanced degree and/or CFA. Experience in portfolio lifecycle management, institutional investment products, multi-asset solutions, or related product areas. Familiarity with a range of investment vehicles and structures, including mutual funds, collective vehicles, separate accounts, or other institutional offerings. Knowledge of industry, competitive, and client trends affecting the institutional asset management and retirement landscapes.
