The Executive Director in the Corporate Investment Bank (CIB) plays a pivotal role in the control and execution of investor orders across LatAm and US Equity markets. Working in full coordination with the trading team and local desks in Brazil, Mexico, and Chile, this position is designed to drive the growth and retention of existing client relationships while building new ones. The role involves leading business development efforts throughout the assigned region, targeting larger-scale clients, and providing the full breadth of the Company's products and services to clients and prospects. Success in this role requires deep research and analysis of clients and market data to navigate complex financial landscapes.

This role requires frequent minimal physical effort, such as sitting, standing, and walking. Depending on the location, occasional moving and lifting of light equipment and/or furniture may be required.
