About the Role
We are seeking a Chiropractic Assistant to join our team, with several positions available across different departments. In this role, you will perform a blend of routine administrative and clinical assignments designed to keep our medical facility running smoothly.
Depending on the specific department, your day-to-day activities will involve handling administrative duties with efficiency and performing clinical tasks to support our medical staff. You will also serve as a key point of contact for patients by escorting them to exam rooms and, for those in the billing department, communicating with insurance companies to ensure proper billing procedures are followed.
Qualifications
To thrive in this fast-paced environment, we are looking for candidates with strong organizational skills. Previous experience in healthcare administration or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with medical billing procedures is required for positions within the billing department. Additionally, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this role.
