This position is designed for a Therapist who will provide high-quality, therapeutic services to ensure the mental health and well-being of our clients. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and maintaining accurate documentation. Beyond clinical duties, this role involves participating in outreach and marketing efforts to promote services and attract new referrals, contributing directly to our mission of delivering comprehensive mental health care.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care, collaborating with internal and external professionals to address various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Your day-to-day will involve delivering therapy in individual, group, and family settings, setting measurable goals, and providing immediate support during crisis situations.
