We are seeking a Site Director to oversee our Before and After School Program for the 2025–2026 school year at Park Elementary School in Columbia, PA. This on-site leadership role is responsible for day-to-day program quality, staff supervision, and Pennsylvania DHS/OCDEL compliance, while working under the guidance of a Regional Director.
If you are passionate about youth development and ready to manage a structured school-based program with clear leadership support, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact. You will lead engaging activities, supervise children and staff, and serve as the primary liaison between families, school administration, and the Healthy Kids main office.
