About the Role
We are seeking energetic and passionate Childcare Assistants to guide campers through a summer filled with fun, friendship, and unforgettable adventures. This is your chance to lead, inspire, and create lifelong memories for children while being part of a supportive team.
You will partner with the site director to bring daily camp activities, games, hands-on projects, and special events to life. Your day will be defined by creating a positive, inclusive environment where campers feel supported and engaged. You will be the face of our program, communicating daily with families and supporting community outreach to promote our mission.
Schedule & Location
This is a part-time, non-exempt position based at Dorset Elementary School in Dorset, VT.
- Pre-summer: Up to 3 hours per week, increasing to up to 6 hours per week beginning mid-June.
- Summer: Monday–Friday, with shifts between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Future Opportunities: There is potential to continue beyond the summer with different hours.
