AWARE is looking for the right person to join the team as a child and family case manager. In this role, you will be part of a treatment team involved in the planning, formulation, implementation, and review of treatment, Personal Support, or Individual Service Plans. You will work directly with identified children and families to assist them in gaining access to essential resources, including medical, social, educational, vocational, and recreational services.
