About the Role

We are seeking a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families.

This position offers a hybrid work model with flexible scheduling designed to fit your life. You will provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26), building strong therapeutic relationships through consistent, high-quality care. Beyond clinical sessions, you will invest in patient relationships by establishing positive, trusting rapport and involve family members or outside specialists when appropriate.

As part of our unique model, you will benefit from immediate patient referrals with a guaranteed caseload, allowing you to start seeing patients right away. We handle all administrative tasks, including credentialing, billing, insurance, and EMR management, so you can focus entirely on clinical care. You will also participate in paid weekly clinical consultations to enhance your skills and receive feedback.
