The Chief People Officer serves as a pivotal member of the executive leadership team, dedicated to building a world-class employee experience that spans the entire lifecycle from recruitment through retirement. This role is designed to elevate the firm's human capital strategy by fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring seamless talent acquisition, and driving continuous leadership development.
As the steward of the firm's culture and values, the CPO will partner closely with firm leadership to oversee and collaborate with the existing Human Resources team. The position exists to support the organization's continued expansion by aligning workforce planning with strategic business goals, ensuring the firm remains a premier workplace for attorneys and professional staff.
In the first 24 months, the Chief People Officer will transform the employee journey by improving the retention of high-performing talent and strengthening recruiting results for key legal and business positions. The role focuses on creating a scalable onboarding system that accelerates new hire productivity and launching comprehensive leadership development programs to build a robust bench of future managers and executives. Ultimately, the goal is to increase employee engagement, deepen cultural alignment, and establish a leadership pipeline capable of supporting the firm's growth trajectory.
