As a Scholar Recruiter, you will design and execute outreach strategies to attract and enroll new students while leading full-cycle recruitment for elementary teachers and other school-based roles. This position exists to ensure our schools are staffed with educators who align with our mission and instructional quality standards.
You will collaborate closely with school and network staff to communicate the value of a Success Academy education. Your day-to-day involves leveraging data-driven campaigns, community partnerships, and events to build robust talent pipelines. You will represent the organization at career fairs, information sessions, and virtual recruiting events, clearly articulating the educator opportunity to diverse talent pools.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a structured interview process designed to assess instructional quality, culture fit, and mission alignment. The process includes behavioral interviewing and a review of past recruiting metrics to ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
