About the Role
We are seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing operations and clinical excellence within a high-performing inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Colorado Springs. This role serves as a vital member of the hospital leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. The successful candidate will partner with medical, clinical, and therapy leadership to drive patient outcomes and foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture. You will own nursing policies, clinical programs, accreditation readiness, and performance improvement initiatives, while managing staffing models, FTEs, budgets, and workforce planning based on patient acuity. Additionally, you will provide leadership oversight for nursing management and ancillary clinical departments, including infection control, respiratory, dialysis, wound care, and education.

Requirements

- verifiedTwo years of recent nursing leadership experience
