Dublin Springs is a 72-bed behavioral health hospital located in Dublin, Ohio, formally known as Columbus Springs-Dublin. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupervise business office staff and maintain effective revenue cycle processes
- check_circlePrepare annual hospital budgets and monitor variances with the CEO
- check_circleOversee monthly financial closing and prepare financial statements
- check_circleManage patient accounts receivable to maintain appropriate AR days
- check_circleAnalyze performance goals and develop action plans to achieve EBITDAR targets
- check_circleAssist corporate finance team in annual independent audit preparation
- check_circleReconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain internal controls for audits
- check_circleEnsure compliance with GAAP and local, state, and federal guidelines
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field
- verifiedCPA preferred
- verifiedPrevious experience in healthcare overall financial operations/controls
- verifiedExperience in payroll
- verifiedProficient in use of Microsoft Office applications
Nice to Have
CPA certification. Knowledge of inpatient psychiatric and chemical dependency hospital finance.
