About the Role
Aramark is seeking a seasoned Regional Finance Manager to oversee and enhance financial operations within our healthcare and medical services division. As a key financial leader, you will be instrumental in guiding financial strategy, optimizing current processes, and ensuring the utmost compliance with industry financial regulations. This role exists to support the operational goals of Aramark by providing top-tier financial analysis and strategic support across several regions.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with senior management to drive efficiency and profitability. Your day-to-day will involve developing and executing financial strategies across multiple healthcare facilities, managing budget planning and forecasting, and leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial review meetings. You will also supervise, mentor, and train regional finance personnel while implementing cost-saving and revenue-enhancing initiatives to support broader organizational objectives.
