About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, operationally minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Leadership Team and drive the next phase of our growth. This is not a traditional CFO role; we are looking for a hands-on executive who thrives in manufacturing environments, understands operational finance deeply, and can transform financial insights into strategic action.
As the CFO, you will serve as a key strategic advisor and operational partner, working directly with the CEO to improve profitability, optimize operations, and build long-term enterprise value.
