The Chief Financial & People Officer (CFPO) serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and the Board of Directors, defining and driving the organization’s financial and people strategy. This role ensures that the organization stewards its human capital and financial resources efficiently and effectively in service of our mission to achieve sexual and reproductive health for all.
As a member of the collaborative senior leadership team and the primary liaison to the Board of Directors’ Finance & Audit Committee, the CFPO aligns mission, resources, and organizational design. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who embraces innovation, maintains the highest ethical standards, and values diversity of thought, backgrounds, and perspectives. You will work effectively as part of an integrated cross-functional team, translating complex financial and legal compliance issues into accessible terms while fostering a positive, safe, equitable, and inclusive organizational culture.
