About the Role
As the Chief Facility Engineer, you will serve as a lead on assigned projects, tackling complex to difficult engineering assignments. This role is critical for evaluating, selecting, and applying advanced engineering techniques to a broad set of challenges. You will be responsible for developing and reviewing estimates, schedules, and progress reports, as well as establishing and tracking material key quantities. The position requires you to develop specifications, participate in procurement and permitting activities, and solve complex engineering problems through independent analysis and recommendations.
Beyond technical execution, this role involves significant people development. You will mentor team members, develop training materials, conduct seminars, and provide input on performance appraisals. The Chief Facility Engineer will also drive process improvement models such as 6S, LEAN, and ISO while managing operations and maintenance alongside large-scale capital planning projects.
Hiring Process
