About the Role

Based in Twinsburg, OH, this role serves as a critical Accounting Key User within our finance function. You will be the focal point for resolving complex financial issues, managing balance sheet reconciliations under both US GAAP and IFRS, and supporting the Shared Service Center (SSC) with ERP-related challenges. The position involves performing financial reporting to headquarters and local management, analyzing payroll postings, and assisting with quarterly tax templates for Safran US.

Beyond technical execution, you will provide financial guidance to management, customers, and employees. You will play a vital role in developing and applying internal controls, ensuring compliance with government laws and professional standards, and driving improvements to automated accounting systems. A key component of this role is leadership; you will manage a team of two finance professionals, assessing and developing them into a high-performance function through mentoring and fostering a culture of knowledge, maturity, and accountability.

Work Environment

This position requires an onsite presence 5 days a week at our Twinsburg location. The role involves extended periods of computer work.
