About the Role
The PAA Operator plays a vital role in the safe and efficient operation of the Peracetic Acid (PAA) process. This position focuses on raw material off-loading, material transfers, and finished product toting operations. The role ensures that all materials are handled accurately and in strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements while supporting critical plant production needs.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOperate and monitor raw material storage tanks including level checks and transfers
- check_circlePerform material transfers according to operating procedures and production requirements
- check_circleOperate the finished product toting station including setup, filling, verification, and labeling
- check_circleVerify correct product, tank identification, and routing prior to transfers or toting activities
- check_circleConduct basic inspections of pumps, hoses, valves, and metering equipment
- check_circleAccurately complete required documentation including log sheets, batch records, and SAP transactions
- check_circleCommunicate process status, abnormal conditions, and equipment issues to supervisors and incoming shifts
- check_circleMaintain housekeeping standards in tank farm, transfer, and toting areas
- check_circleFollow all safety, environmental, and quality policies including proper PPE use and spill prevention
Requirements

Nice to Have
Industrial or chemical plant operating experience. Experience with bulk liquid handling, tank farms, or toting operations. Familiarity with SAP or electronic batch/log systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
