About the Role

The Chemical Operator is a vital component of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process at our Malvern, PA facility. In this 1-year contract position, you will be responsible for operating chemical reactors and plants to produce active pharmaceutical ingredients in batches. Your work ensures product quality and maintains a safe working environment by strictly adhering to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

This role offers a dynamic day-to-day experience where you will operate complex plant equipment, including chemical reactors, scales, mixers, pumps, and centrifuges. You will also assist in or lead manipulations using kilo lab equipment and highly potent compound suites, requiring specialized gowning and the use of PAPR respirators. Beyond production, you will manage documentation, coordinate with QA, R&D, and Analytical departments, and participate in equipment qualification efforts to keep pilot plant facilities qualified.

Hiring Process
