About the Role
As a Charge Registered Nurse, you will utilize theoretical concepts as a foundation for clinical decision-making. Your role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in strict accordance with standards of nursing practice.
You will serve the medical cardiac population at 4C, managing both chronic and acute onset diseases while balancing the need for telemetry and specialized cardiac management. The patient population includes individuals with multisystem needs such as heart failure, respiratory distress, unmanageable dysrhythmias, pneumonia, sepsis, COPD, diabetes, and gastro-intestinal conditions. Additionally, you will coordinate the management of patients requiring cath lab, angio, dialysis, outpatient infusion/chemo, and anti-coagulation therapies.
