We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to support the SailPoint SaaS Platform Migration and Optimization program. This role is critical for driving stakeholder engagement, change readiness, and adoption within a complex, matrixed environment.
You will partner closely with change management teams, project stakeholders, training partners, and internal communications groups. Your mission is to ensure all stakeholders clearly understand what is changing, why it matters, and how they will be supported throughout the transition. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in organizational change management, specifically within large-scale technology or SaaS implementations, and has a security or IAM (Identity Access Management) background.
This position is based in Arlington, TX, with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days onsite per week.

Experience supporting IAM platform migrations (e.g., SailPoint), including access models and provisioning workflows. Background in security or compliance-driven initiatives requiring high accuracy in communication. Experience working with technical SMEs to validate IAM-related content such as FAQs and user guides. Familiarity with change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR. Experience collaborating with training or learning teams on enablement strategies. Experience supporting global or multi-region technology deployments.
