About the Role
As our CFO, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, overseeing all financial operations and setting company-wide financial strategy. Your day-to-day will involve guiding key strategic decisions, developing financial strategies that align with business goals, and ensuring full transparency over financial performance. You will be responsible for managing financial controls, overseeing cost accounting processes specific to production (including raw material analysis and yield management), and coordinating tax documentation. This role requires a problem-solver with sharp business acumen who can effectively communicate risks and propose action plans to ensure annual financial objectives are attained.

Requirements

- verifiedCPA or relevant qualification preferred
