Join our team at Ascension Seton Medical Center in Austin, TX, within the Labor and Delivery department. This is a PRN Night shift position (7pm-7am) dedicated to ensuring seamless surgical environments and safe clinical outcomes. You will serve as a vital partner to the surgical team, expertly preparing operating suites and managing instrument transitions to anticipate surgeon needs throughout complex procedures.
Your day will involve meticulous attention to patient transport, anatomical positioning, and sterile draping protocols. You will maintain rigorous organization of the surgical field and perform precise counts of instruments and supplies to uphold the highest standards of patient safety. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced setting where precision and proactive support directly impact patient care.

Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience; Associate's degree/Technical degree.
