About the Team

About the Role

As a Certified Surgical Technologist II, you will independently function as a vital member of the CVOR team under general supervision. Your primary focus is preparing sterile supplies and equipment for cardiovascular surgical procedures while performing room duties essential for direct patient care. This role requires you to adhere strictly to established procedural guidelines while demonstrating the critical thinking and problem-solving skills expected of a Level II practitioner.

You will provide care appropriate to the developmental needs of patients, keeping in mind the needs of their families. This position offers the opportunity to work autonomously within the operating room, contributing to the success of surgical outcomes in a specialized setting.

Hiring Process & Application

We are currently offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for Certified Surgical Technologists (CSTs) with at least one year of experience. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply based on their qualifications, merit, and business needs.
