About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Surgical Tech (CVOR) to join our cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) team. This role is pivotal in an environment where precision and care are paramount. You will thrive in a dynamic setting, contributing to the smooth and efficient conduct of surgeries by collaborating closely with surgeons, registered nurses, and other surgical personnel.
In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring patient safety and procedural excellence. Your day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with patient positioning, site preparation, and anesthesia setup, as well as preparing and organizing sterile supplies and instruments. You will maintain the highest standards of sterilization, hygiene, and safety, ensuring the operating room environment remains secure and that all equipment functions properly.
