About the Facility

The facility operates four anesthesia rooms under an MD supervision model with a 1:4 ratio. The clinic maintains established protocols for quality patient care delivery across orthopedic surgical procedures. While MDs provide supervision, CRNAs manage individual cases independently without MDs performing their own procedures.

The Clinician's Workday

The CRNA will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during 10-hour day shifts, with flexible scheduling based on surgical volume. Daily responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessments, obtaining patient consent, discussing anesthetic options and risks, and managing induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia. The clinician will monitor patient physiological conditions and perform clinical interventions as needed under MD supervision. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for this role.
